Whats a good salary for workers?

I have mine set at 305. Not sure if this is too high or too small?

If you are an enterprise, you want just enough for full employment. Something just over 300, like 305, should do in most situations.

If you are running a country, you have other considerations. Higher salaries mean more investment fund contributions, more personal tax collected, and more country consumption (which can be good for you too).

I've had success with having workers at 200 and government at 215 myself.

I do 400 for government and 300 for corporations. At 300 for corporations I can get an extra 15% to 20% production bonus, which for mining corporations usually pays for the extra wages.
