W3C - Awards for August 2022

All awards are now processed.

The SOL awards are paid to all winners of awards who entered their wallet address into Simcountry before the end of August.

What amount is offered in SOL for an award? I can't find that answer anywhere.

There are 3 levels of SOL award and they might change if the value of the SOL will decrease or increase.
the current levels for presidents:

First place 1.2 SOL
place 2-4 0.5 SOL
Place 5-10 0.25 SOL

CEOs

First place 0.6 SOL
place 2-5 0.25 SOL

These numbers were about 4 times lower when we started the SOL awards and the value of the SOL was about 3 times higher.

So, looking on WG, the coin award is about double for CEO's but the SOL award is double for presidents? Confused. First place awards can't be refused for either. Perhaps they should be identical?

Right of refusal would be good. I was trying to get my ceo to number 1 but unfortunately my country came #1 awards wise now I'm back at #96 over some bullshit 58 coins instead of 98. When the ceo was worth double. By the time my ceo is eligible to win again so will my country

It is easier to win awards as a CEO.
the gold coin awards might be too high for CEOs.

the SOL awards are more in line with the difficulty level.

We are not trying to create same values or any type of parity in any way.

SOL awards can be cashed out into your bank account.


If the situation with change and/or the value of the SOL will change, we might change the awards to fit the new situation.
