Well, it is similar to "Navy Armys costs" thread.

Navy Army costs are like 6 times what offensive land weapons costs in similar numbers, if not more.
Offensive Air Wings (figher planes, bombers, etc) are cheaper than navy but still costly when compared to offensive land weapons. It might be somewhat 3 times what offensive land weapons costs.

Same concept, taking into account you need 50,100,150,200k fighters to get through enemy interceptor defense (because defense it is really cheap in comparison), you need +450m pop country well built to afford it. And kind of no one has that size.

Can you review this and make necessary adjustments please?
Thank you

We are looking into it quite often and read comments.
we have recently reduced the power of defence wings.
we will do that again.

also the cost of ammunition will decline further.
we have done a lot before and continue to do so.

In general we think that the cost of war should decline even more but not the cost of weapons.

This includes the defensive army, the offensive army and the navy.

land forces are now more effective than before.

we will tune them up a bit in the next update.

Hello,

Updating helis wings from 500 to 490 and ints from 530 to 510, I'm not sure it will make the difference we are talking about but since I don't have access to the code, I'm a believer :/. I will test it soon.

This forum thread was also about the cost of war for a large Air Wings army.
I hope you can fix this anytime soon, because same as Navy, Offensive Air Wings are nowadays completely useless and unaffordable.

Regards

We cannot make very large changes.
we can make a series of smaller changes.

I think these wings will next go from 510 to 480.

maybe nothing to write home about but 530 to 480 is about 10% and two more rounds will bring the number even lower.

attack wings will become more effective if defence wings become smaller.

The difference, due to the way attack and defence rounds work, could result in significant change in the numbers of destroyed airplanes.

Ok, noted. I will test it out.

The changes are good and should be gradual. The cost offensive weapons should remain, but navy cost should still come down remember navy fighters are more capable than fighters can attack more targets and have a higher hit percentage.
Training cost to high. I would look to see ammunition developed (for all types of missiles and artillery)that would be used for training only. say 10% of the actual cost of live ammunition. This would reduce spending allow for a slightly larger military. And a new type of corporation to be added.

I do not think we should introduce many more types of ammunitions.
If the cost of the ammunitions goes down, the training cost will come down too.

We will rethink the numbers of ammunition pieces used in training.

let's see how it evolves.
