I have "automatically build new corporations" disabled in my automation settings.

Yet, today I check my country and I have 2 brand new corps that I didn't intend to build.

I have spent weeks shuffling my population around with my other country and fixing education to get all my corps at 100% hiring. Now I have 2 new corps, and multiple corps at below 100% hiring because I didn't even have enough workers in the first place.

Did I miss a setting somewhere? Ive been playing for years and I know what I'm doing. I dont want corps setup unless I set them up myself.

Load your country home page.
Click on Automation
Disable these two checkbox:
- Increase Employment and move Workers to other Professions
- Automatic building of new corporations.

Ah. I had Increase Employment and move Workers to other Professions still enabled. I wasn't aware that would create new corps if needed. I'll uncheck that and see if that stops it in the future. Thanks Myers
