Police and prisons

Is this still on the list of to-dos? just wondering, also can we have corps of security contractors that would help for defense. Thanks

Wouldn't your second suggestion fall under the umbrella of the already existing "Military Services" corp?

Police and prisons will introduce new cost.
There must be more to it, like a crime index, depending on the situation in the country.

I am not sure it will add so much while we have some other features in mind that might add much more.
