W3C - Site maintenance

We have recently upgraded the Simcountry site and had a frequent, short time, maintenance episodes.
Most of the maintenance events were limited to a single world as we upgraded the hardware.

We have completed most of the work for this round and in the past two weeks there was no maintenance to speak of except for one event on Golden Rainbow to improve maintainability.

Two worlds remain to undergo the same treatment.
Fearless Blue and White Giant will be upgraded in the coming week.
the procedure takes 45 minutes to complete and we will find a low activity moment to do so.

After completion, we will start a longer term action to add even more hardware on all the servers:
- We will add another new server (one was already added) but it will not disturb any access to the site.
- We will create another separate server to run the shuttle movements and improve the performance of our portal. (Currently all s

For what it's worth, I've noticed big improvements in space. It can still be a little slow, but I no longer get complete freezes or locked out.

There are many cargo shuttles moving at the same time.
the function is running on the portal.

We intend to move the space function to a new (virtual) server and resolve the processing jam once and for all.

We find the portal sometimes a bit slow and that problem will be resolved once we move the space function away.

It will take some time to materialize but it is on our short term plan.
