Really, it was a failed Operation.

We intended to turn the entire Capitol into a bubbling, super-heated cobalt infested hellhole of fire and radioactivity. However, the nuclear weapon purchased was of Chinese design (buy American) and consequently was a dud.

Fortunately, due to the skill of our Pilots, the Bomb itself did land on the former King and squashed him into an accordion like some sort of sick Tom and Jerry skit.
