W3C - Spending Limits

Players with large population countries frequently requested an increase of the spending limits.

The countries with large population are all owned by full members.

we have now increased the spending limits for full members by 50%.

we want to do it but there is a technical issue preventing a quick fix.

i would like to second. specifically for supplying Wind Farms corps with Wind Turbines, on TA. Also PP corps could really use it, also
