Air force defense wings

air force defense wings will become a bit smaller. it will take some time for this change to kick, but when done, it will help a bit more in balancing the power of the offensive and defensive armies.

C3 countries will have the smaller air force units in all wars that will start from today.

A bug in the spending space

A major problem was resolved that made it possible for players to arbitrarily increase the spending space and, in the process make a lot of money.
this is one of the largest such errors found in Simcountry.

we have now fix this error.
several players made use of this bug but the numbers were very large and triggered alerts with the details of the action.

we have removed assets that were created in this way. we might find more such cases and will wipe out funds that were "earned" in this way.

Corporation production and profitability

several types of corporations now produce a bit more. Their profitability is improved. Shortages in some products may decline a bit more.

Game level requirements

The requirements for game levels are being updated at a very low pace.
Required cash levels and population numbers for some game levels ar slightly increased. The changes are very small.

I was checking corporations and during the checks I noticed some big issues regarding corporation profitability. I think the GM might want to check the profitability of some corporations.

Robotics is a good example,
On LU there is only "1 company" on the planet that is publicly traded and the largest private company is barely 400Billion in value.
The costs associated with running a robotics company vs the profit make it so robotics can never be IPO.
In addition, the profitability is DRAMATICALLY less then most other corporations.

A couple of other corporations also follow this pattern and the main factor is due to the cost of materials.

I would like to politely suggest to the GM to many look at either reducing the needed materials in some corporations or increasing production slightly.

I am currently working on a list detailing income and values of corporations within the game.
Once completed I am happy to share it with the GM.

The profitability of robotics corporations is potentially very high.
potentially, because the end result depends on market conditions.

In general, I do agree that market values are now probably lower than in past periods.

the range of market values is now wider than before, with some wind products for example, that are extremely profitable and "redefined" the market value range.

I will look at the market value needed for an IPO and may make a change.

we had such situations in the past and the IPO requirement was updated from time to time before.

any data you have about exceptional very high or very low values will be welcome.
