I am sorry,
both persons doing this were out of the country for several days.

The problem with the military spending space will be resolved with the next upgrade.
this will be within several days.

the problem is not huge.
the spending space is now down to 1.95T from 2.4T

the problem is a result of a "repair" of a severe error in the spending space.
the fix is done and was very simple but it requires an upgrade to take place.

Andy, what lead you to reduce the spending space in the first place from 2.4T to 1.95T? It seems with pumping so much money into the game through windfarms more spending would be reasonable not less.

There is nothing wrong with taking a vacation, everyone is entitled to some time off. At the same time there should be measures in place to ensure that your business is still being tended to. How would you react if you got into your hotel room on your 2.5 week vacation and when you find out there is no water for the toilet or shower the hotel staff just poof disappeared without a word, and then randomly reappeared with a couple days left on your vacation and said they'd fix it at their next scheduled maintenance?

You have people paying your business for a service. Whether you consider it a job or a hobby you are taking peoples money and with that comes a reasonable expectation of service that for multiple weeks has frankly not been provided. Mistakes happen, errors happen, bugs happen. Nobody reasonable is upset that you made an error when you changed the spending limit. Many people are upset that after that error was made it was allowed amplify and progress to cause the damage that it has without so much as a 'we are aware and checking the issue' announcement in over half a month.

Personally I believe you should manually apply an extra month of premium membership to all players currently paying for it, because for this month you really have taken their money without providing the service paid for and considering the players that were vocally fed up and ready to leave the game if they haven't already, a gesture should be made to amend.

The upgrade will take place coming weekend.

the reduction is the result of a correction that was made to fix an error in the spending space, both military and non military.

we will resolve the problem but we should also realize, that te cost of weapons and ammunition was reduce in recent months by more than 50% and the spending space did not follow this trend down.
