Unable to trade directly with my corps

I found my corporations low on supplies today mostly wind turbines short on carbon, platinum, zinc etc. Even though I had plenty of each in stock when sold to corporations the supplies were not added to the corps stock. However it was removed from my stock. For example, 10 million tons of carbon tried to sell stock to all corps for 25 months after the sale showed 2.2 million left but no cash to the country or supplies were added to corporations. This was consistent with all products being sold.
When ordering immediately from the corps the supplies were added to the stock. The corporations paid a much higher price for the materials than they would have paid with a direct sale from me. So how do I get my missing products back? Is there anything that can be done about the extra money i had to spend? If you need additional information let me know.

Last upgrade included a feature to let trades with your own corporations take place without touching the spending space.
