World Market Demand Supply and Pricing (Electrical)

Can someone who reads these fluctuations and understand how they work check and see if Electrical Power is not stuck somehow. It seems odd the consistency of the graphs shown and the lack of any random changes due to market fluctuations. I know there were complaints about the money people had been making off power, but the markets reaction to the GM changes seem odd.
