Some countries with wind farms, have shortages of wind turbines that are needed for maintenance.
we have for many weeks asked players to reduce these shortages, either by increasing the production of wind turbine corporations or by reducing the numbers of wind farms, to reduce the need for turbines.
We have announced the introduction of a function that will reduce the production of electric power from wind farms if the country has shortages of wind turbines.
The first, light version, of this function will be part of the next upgrade.
Shortage of wind turbines, are measured in comparison to the number of wind farms.
Relative small shortages of wind turbines, will cause a reduction of 5% in the output of wind farms. (shortage is larger than 5 times the number of wind farms).
Much larger shortages of wind turbines, will cause a reduction of about 10% in the output of wind farms. (shortage is larger than
