If you pay 1.3 trillion, you probably have an army which is ten times too large.

There is no reason for such armies and stockpiles.
Nearly all players are not able to build an army even 10 times smaller.

New players must have a better chance to build strong countries while the small number of players with a giant stock piles, should pay for maintenance like everyone else.

Until a short time ago, you just did not pay any maintenance because your army was hidden in an enterprise.

This is not the last increase in the cost of maintaining weapons in Enterprises, unless they have already reached cost parity with maintaining weapons in countries. For forward planning, assume that keeping weapons in Enterprises will cost the same as keeping them in a country.

The weapon and ammunition markets are currently not showing supplies as you would expect.

there are several countries selling because they want to reduce their stocks and others are selling automatically because their cash levels are far too low.
