W3C - The Country Report

The country report feature is now showing in all countries, both ones with a president and without a president.

It took us far too long to come up with this idea and we think it has a very good potential to help many players.

already now, while at the beginning of the development process, it has a lot of into for everyone, to quickly find out what is going well and what is wrong in a country.

we will now continue the development and aim at new players.
New players see a different version of the report in the initial period and we want to try and help them learn more quickly.

But also experienced players can quickly find out what can be improved and it reduces the need to check many pages.

We will continue to add features and also add more links to direct players to the pages that need improvements.

An empire report will be added too. It will create a large report that will include all the countries

I think the recommendation under 'Corporations' in the country report might need balancing.

In my country of DanNation on LU. All corporations have 100% hiring, and I have 7.8million unemployed people (as of Little Upsilon Sep 3 5338). Despite this the country report always tells me I have too many corporations.

For context I have 138 state corporations, 58 private corporations, and 185 million population.

It's not really a problem for me, but it might confuse some players.

I will check the country report and improve.

Also I would add the supply index could use some reworking on TA.

I have shortages of vacations, internet, and cars.

This evidently causes a famine as I am losing pop.

Shortage in three products reduces the supply index by 6 points.
population start moving out when the supply index is <70 and more seriously when it gets <60. That is shortage of 30 products.

but we also think that there should be two indexes.
One for essential products, food etc.
another index for everything.

In the country report, can we please substitute "Corporations" for "Employment"?

Currently, in my carefully managed countries the country report says I have too many corporations. That would be misleading. Naturally, what should be tracked is the employment index. In this, the game should point out if one or two professions are lacking and suggest adjusting the education priorities accordingly.
