We have published wish lists and plans from time to time.

Many of the promised features are now part of Simcountry but some are not done yet. Some new items were also implemented, including the country reports.

The following is our Current short term plan:

1. Finishing the automatic trade function that will make it possible to set automatic trading between a country and its corporations.
This major feature will make it very simple to supply products to corporations on Tiny Atlas but players will be free to use the same feature on the other worlds.
It will substantially reduce the number of clicks that are needed to move products from the country to all the corporations that are using them.

We expect this to become part of Simcountry in May.

2. Tabs on the transportation pages. promised before and not implemented yet.

3. Sales limits will be dependent on the size of the population of countries.
The current limits will remain unchanged for countries with a population under 100 millions. Additional categories will be added.

4. Product documents will be added. Currently some are missing.
There are also missing pictures of products on several pages.
Many pictures were added recently, we will add many more.

5. It seems that there is a problem when configuring military units. The units are unable to choose the max number of weapons to be of one single type.

6. E-Truck will be used in large supply units. This addition will in fact jump start the market for E-Trucks. The market will be extended with more use of these trucks.

7. Renaming space centers in enterprises.

In addition, work on the country reports will continue.
We intend to add more details, instructions and links especially to the version of the report that is showing in countries of new players.

The following is a list we published before:

Errors

1. Pictures are not showing on the forum pages. Just not there any more.
DONE
2. Use the suggested Churchill picture.
DONE
3. The newspaper is not visible for others.
Enterprise, creating new corporations, is always presented with the same list of countries.
DONE
4. Stealth bombing units cannot maximize the number of bombers. We assume the same is valid for other units.
NOT DONE
5. Documents missing for some maintenance products
Many documents added. Few are missing.
6. Documents missing for some more products.
True.
7. Some more tuning of the wind energy system which is close to completion.
This consists of more tuning of the basic price of electric power, full utilization of the quality of electric power and further reductions in the maintenance cost of wind turbines.
DONE

Features

8. Introducing tabs on the transportation page, same as they are used in the education pages.
NOT DONE YET.
9. Easier space transport. allowing multiple transports to start with a single click without the need to go into al the details.
All products from a chosen space center will be moved to another, specified space center.
DONE
10. Setting up an Electric Vehicle industry (Cars and Trucks), with its
own automotive products, car batteries, chargers etc.

These products will be introduced one at a time.

Once the industries become functional and products become available, consumption will start, both in some corporations and as a percentage of cars used by the population.

A transition will start with EV products becoming an important part of products being used.

These new products will use many natural resources, especially metals, including new rare metals that were introduced recently but also existing ones like silver (used in a new type of batteries), lithium and some other.

Some of the items on this list require quite some development work and will not be introduced overnight.

we will post updates about the progress of the work and more details on the functions being added.

MOSTLY DONE.

Many products were added.
Some more will be added in the coming weeks.

Thanks for the update.

Another request:
Can we make all natural resources available on TA?
There is a large shortage of those goods on all worlds.

Thanks for the positive reaction to our words.
Now we need to translate these words into action.

Our current thought on raw materials from TA is that there is a giant opportunity in producing these products on TA and making huge profits by selling them everywhere.

they are not only available on TA in large quantities, the production costs are also lower and the price there is lower.

We have made the supply of TA countries easier and will introduce a function that will make supplying corporations there much easier. (high on our short term development plan).

The idea is to make TA easier to play and add more benefits to production on TA.

May I suggest adding "profitability of Electric Cars Motors" to the list? There is currently a massive shortage of this product on WG, affecting production of e-vehicles, but there is little incentive to start motor corps since they will lose money at maximum market price.

The corporate model for these corporations is very profitable even compared to most other products.

They do use Metadium.
are you sure they have all the raw materials they need.

If the corporation has everything it needs then please give me the name of the world, country and corporation name and I will look into it.

What I did was click on the product, "Electric Cars Motors", then click on "Buy corporation that produces Electric cars motors". Then I get a list of 36 corps on White Giant, of which 29 lost money last month.

This is one of mine, so I think the ones you see are doing something else.

I think you are showing the data for an Electric Cars corp, hymy, and Boutros is talking about the Electric Car Motors.

Electric Cars Motors corps have a problem because Metadium will typically be at 120 quality, which will ruin the output quality along with profitability.

The same applies to all corps that use the exclusive TA resources.

The way the final output quality is calculated based on upgrades and supplies needs to be changed.

Sorry misread it completely, yes electric car motors corps are for the dogs. Don't build those unless it's to supply a electric car corp.

To come back to my natural resources point,

I understand that TA is rich on resources, but some resources have no deposits at all in TA. The main case here being Potassium, which is a key good in the Food supply chain. The presence of Potassium in TA would go a long way in making countries there viable.

As one of the largest players there. The order of highest imports is OIL, Wood and then Potassium. There may be oil, but there isn't nearly enough.

The problem with oil is that it requires, and gas has to be imported from off planet. so unless one plans for that ahead of time, oil is out of the picture.

In my opinion, TA needs to either have all natural resources available on planet *or* countries need to start automatically purchasing goods. We currently have no demand and limited supply. That doesn't make the economy very fun, and to be honest, its painful.

If the exit-point of the TA economy was supposed to be exporting the unique minerals, thats fine, but the lack of functionality on that planet has lost its novelty in my opinion and now it just makes playing tedious as heck.

I know there are some updates coming along that should make managing things easier, but there's still no one to sell goods too and exporting that amount of volume isn't feasible.

Forcibly handicap the c3 countries if needed to keep it a wholly player-run economy, but we need something.

sorry, mini rant. hope that made sense.

I looked at electric car motors and indeed, many make losses.

The reason is that there is an oversupply and the price declined.

If you have an example of an electric car motor corporation where the price did not decline because of oversupply, please let me know and I will look into it.

I will look into potassium Oil and Gas on TA.
