Metadium missing

Andy I sold 100,000 tons of metadium from The country The Brain on Fearless Blue to my enterprise Opportuntity Trade Deals. I know opportunity is spelled wrong but that's how it's spelled in the game. the metadium was purchased and it left The Brains account. The money was transferred back to my country, but the metadium did not end up in my enterprise account. I later used shuttles where the meradium was delivered and I was able to supply my corps. When you have time can you look into this?

Where was it delivered?
and you used shuttles?

so you did receive it somewhere?

I sent a new shipment of meradium by shuttle. It was successful in resupplying my enterprise. The original order was paid for the money did exchange hands. However the meradium was never transferred into enterprise stock. The order is still missing. 100,000 tons meradium

What do you mean by that?

The shuttles were able to deliver the 2nd order of meradium to a space station where I was able to move it to my enterprise and then distribute it to the factories. The first order that was sold through the market never appeared even though the money was exchanged. The meradium vanished.

1) The first order of meradium was removed from my stock, and disappeared
2) The second order of meradium was a new order (not the same one)and it was delivered.

Any ideas on how to remedy this situation?
