How come these 20 countries empires

never mess with the empires and have lots of 5% hiring companies but have loans of cash. With this situation should they be debt major like the Four Seasons. Is like they never mess with ed priorities not sure how one would have loads of cash

I know you are probably talking about me. Some countries I do not care about the education priorities and corporations because I use them for millitary purposes. I have over 50k wind farms and been investing since they came out. Now I have loads of cash
