Transportation

The transportation page is now upgraded and organized with tabs, similar to many other pages.

Andy,

General question,
When will countries with larger population be able to convert the professions of more then "400,000" workers?

The current number is really restrictive for larger nations, despite my best efforts to manage the workers its been difficult LOL

Andy,

I agree with SuperSoldierRCP, for experienced players with countries over 200 million population, the 400,000 monthly worker conversion limit is far too low. While it's reasonable enough for beginners with populations in the low tens of millions, it prevents large nations from correcting worker shortages.

A monthly limit of at least 2 million would be far more reasonable (and may even be too low) for such countries, as it would still be less than 1% of their total population.

It is indeed an old problem and there were many requests.

I will have it done ASAP.

I assume we need to increase the number of countries with a population of more than 200 Million.
maybe even 100 million.

Agree?

I think 100M is a good threshold. In my mind, thats when a country becomes "big" in this game.

Andy,

Two ideas:

--- First Idea ---

I do like the suggestion you suggested.

Once a country hits 100 million population the "Change workers professions" should be increased by 350,000 per month (this would give countries a 650,000 total exchange rate monthly)

Once a country hits 200 million population the "Change workers professions" and "Exchange with other countries" should be increased by another 350,000 per month (this would give countries a 1,000,000 total exchange rate monthly)

As I have many counties at 100 million or 480 million population.
Realistically I would need to be able to do 500,000 to 1,000,000 in monthly worker conversations just to keep up with basic changes.

---Second Idea---

Is it possible that instead of a hard number (300,000 worker exchanges per month) would it be possible for to code a percentage per month?

Maybe the game allows players to convert 0.005% or 1% of the population per month?

This would allow all nations of any size to convert pop at reasonable levels based on size?
