Why do good companies get closed

Why do never green companies get closed or get mothballed down to 5%. Air tran and mining are never green yet they get closed. Some mining get depleted and closed. There must be some serious fouled up countries running deep the red. Why dont it just close the green stuff like sc maintain and the forts

I´ve noticed that when i started the game. Thing is they ran out of money so i droped the tax and profit transfers for a while. They got closed without any notice. Other thing may be from earthquakes

20 air transport companies. I feel like I am the only one making em. Cant right now no airports. Air transport is totally red yet the system decides to close. Same with mining that are not depleted. If a mining is running bad you must be doing something seriously wrong

Corporations always close for a reason and there is a message in the country newspaper.
I am not sure you are aware of it but that message shows some details and a reason.
