Not enough gold coins

I logged on today to check my nation (Mistral on White Giant) and couldnt access cause of lack of gold coins. Am I now just completely blocked from my nation until I pay?

Everything is just lost now? Apparently I was being billed for space station access that I cancelled, but the game allows it to go negative anyway?

Anyway known to get back in?

I never saw a charge for a space station after it was cancelled.

Please let me know where this is, name of the country and world.
we can see on out logs wwhen the space station was cancelled and when the coins were subtracted.

I assume that the negative number of gold coins is very small.
(The charge is 5 gold coins).
