W3C - Offensive Pictures on Simcountry pages

We remove countries that publish offensive flags and pictures.
When uploading such materials, there is a warning about it and you are warned not to do so.

despite the warning, some players continue to do so.

Now we have received, from a player, a picture of a home page of a removed country with a swastika.
He was complaining, saying that the page did not have any offensive materials on it.

We have come a long way baby .....
