Military bases dessapear

I still have a problem with military b ases, sometimes, they just dessapear,. or they seem to exist, but they are not shown at the map, when I try to make for example a supply unit and I want to locate it, it appears the base on the list, when I make click nothing happens, and I cannot see it in the map to make it manually

check map control. The problem is after a while it will bunch everything up in the center and have items on top of items
