Our server had a major problem in the past hours. it kept running but stopped user services.
It was not possible to restart these services and instead, the server was restarted.
also this took some time to get back to normal.
We did not have time yet to find out what happened.
We will keep monitoring the portal to make sure it keeps running and start looking for what happened ASAP.
We are sorry for the problem.
There was a long period with no issues ever since the servers were moved to a new loacation last December.
I will report here once we find out what the problem was.
