Professional Military

Not sure how long they've been gone, but requesting refreshing of Professional Soldiers and Professional Officers on Direct Trade when possible, Andy. Similar to how population can be purchased through both Direct Trade and Boosters, maybe if it isn't impractical it should be considered to put the professional military personnel purchasable through the boosters so you don't have to manually make and put them up for sale when they run out on direct trade.

You are right, we should eliminate the interventions.

My problem is that we are in the midst of a major effort on the game user interface in general and try not to divert too much.

Later in the process, many such changes will become faster to implement.
