It occurs to me that nowhere is it made very clear for new players just what the Goal of SimCountry is.
In short, a player attempts to organize his resources to create wealth; the GMs limit and destroy wealth.
A player competes with the shifting realities of the game universe as determined by it's creators to make more profits with limited resources. This is actually the most realistic aspect of the game.
All else flows from this basic goal.
Player vs player activity is possible, but other players are not really opponents or competitors in terms of game mechanics.
Have fun.
