Anyone able to help me with the issue of employment in my companies & the CEO corp...

I have plenty of unemployed people in the country, I have lots of companies needing employees and financially they are being paid at 295-300% level (a little higher than Govt Employees of the home country) why is it that some of my companies are at max 50% employment status? or 65%....I cannot seem to ever get full employment from a company with salaries well above normal and equal throughout the country...

It is very frustrating that it seems people are just wanting to stay unemployed. Any help would be greatly appreciated from any veteran players.

Thanks in advance! Dyd

Dyd, sounds like you have a shortage of a particular worker catagory. A very important thing to realise is that if you have a, say, 10% shortage of engineers then the corp will sack 10% of every worker type, so it seems like you have lots of lazy workers. Figure out what you dont have enough of and adjust your education priorities accordingly, or you can swap workers with another player (I'm not on WG so I cant personally help you) or if your shortage is of low level, medium level or high level workers you can demote some of your nurses, low level managers or teachers if you have to.
