I tried to become a member, but got 90 gold coins instead. How do I turn them into membership?

I'm pretty sure those coins are a bonus on top of your membership. You should become a member if you paid, maybe just wait for the update, up to 8 hours.
A lot has changed since I joined though and this might be slightly inaccurate, I'm sure someone else will clarify or confirm.

Post this in the 'help' forum Fred seeing as no one is helping here. It may be that you need to spend 30 of those 90 coins to register as a member, I really dont know the rules for new comers now, sorry. I'm certain it will get sorted out though, be patient with the game.
