Are all space sales based on GC? (Golden Rainbow)

it does not look like much activity but are all space activies GC
Also does the space center on ground cost anything to maintain?

All commodity trades in space are based on GC. Fractional GC are possible (I have .44).

At the moment, not that I'm aware of, though the price may be hidden somewhere.
