Nuclear Power vs Electric Power (White Giant)

Are these 2 one in the same? I noticed Nuclear Power is cheaper than Electric Power right now, so can I purchase Nuclear Power in the open market and sell Nuclear Power to my corporations instead of Electric?

I also have a nuclear power corp. So can I contract the nuclear power out to other corp's as well? I noticed under all the corp's supplies it only has "Electric Power" as a supply and not Nuclear Power.. Just wondering how all this works.

Nuclear power converts to electric power, so you pay the nuclear power price, then sell it as electric power.

and indeed, if it is cheaper, you can buy it and end up paying less for electrical power.
