i was wondering, what is the limit of weapons fleet command & aircraft carriers can hold? and what weapons can they hold? please help

A fleet command and both carriers hold 20k weapons each. Just like bases.

Place them close together on the map and you can house all the weapons on 1 ship. Usually the aircraft carrier.

It's best to have no more than 1 of each kind of ship so they cant be completly destroyed. That'll give you a 60k weapons limit.

ok mate that was very help full thank you, just 1 more thing do you no what all the weapons and ammo are called that the ships can have? just i want to stock up but dont want 2 get the wrong 1's lol.

At the top of each weapons decription it tells you were there based.

Navy fighters and the misiles ships/cruise are the offence weapons you should focus on buying. Avoid Navy helis and seals if your just starting out. You wont have much use for them.
