How to "press pause"? (Little Upsilon)

I'm going to be away for a week and I've heard you can put your countries/enterprises on hold so they don't degenerate while your away. If you can do this, how do you do it?

LOL. You have been lied to, unless whoever told you that was thinking about "War Protection". If that is the case War Protection will prevent you from war while away. Other than that, there is no pause button.
