Country name doesn't exist. Did you change it? Without being able to look at the stats, I'm guessing.
Workers are key. Getting the right balance of workers affects everything else. So you need to address the education index - more schools and unis = more professionals. So if your education index is under 120, concentrate on teachers and uni teachers first. Get the education index up.
Once you have done that, and while you are doing that, adjust your education priorities daily to generate more of the types of professional you are short of. If you are short of workers, demote professionals that you have plenty of.
Reduce corp tax to 0 and advertise for private corps, once you have the workers. Make sure auto building of corps is switched OFF and close unprofitable corps if hiring is less than 100% in any of them.
More than anything else ... remember it takes time and patience. No quick fixes in this game. <
Sorry, mispelled the name...lol... New Moratni
Also when you take over a country by force and keep it you end up with a massive shortage of construction. It takes cash to buy up all the materials you need. Assuming that your country is on auto-purchase materials it will be spending a lot of money to try to fill that gap. If you're loosing a bunch of money that could be where it is going as well.

I say just strip the country of it's money and resources and repeat this process continually until your main country is developed properly, then consider taking over a country and expand your empire, as I made that same mistake over a year ago just as youre doing right now.
Thanks for the tip on construction - I'll make sure to have a large supply on hand for future conquests.
Wish I had thought ahead, and stashed some schools and hospitals away.
