Sometimes, I see people bidding on population transfers from the GM, where their bid will be 1 GC. Does the GM even accept those bids of 1 GC? Like, what happens?
A question about the population transfers from me as well - is the percentage of different worker types completely random, or is there a favoring of any particular type?
GM does not accept bids lower than minimum - currently 6GC.
If bought, the population spread is proportional to the country it is delivered TO. If transferred from one country to another within the same empire its spread is proportional to the country it is transferred FROM.
Population offers are listed for all worlds. If I purchase population from FB (for example) - do I have to accept them on that world, or can they be ferried over to the world I'm actually playing on?
