New State Corporation Costs

Are the costs the same for all new corps or do they vary by either economic sector or product? Getting down to the dregs of current available cash, and now have to consider this for balancing new corp allocation while steadily increasing health and education infrastructure. Any advice or suggestions appreciated. (keep the peasants from hanging me from a meathook, please!]

I believe that the cost of the new corp varies based on the supplies that it needs. For example, let's say a corp needs 100,000 chemicals, 3 FMU's, 500 kW/hr's electric power, 75,000 Services, and 7,000 high tech services.

Remember that the corp would start with 12 months of each of these supplies, so it would cost your country 12 times the sum of the cost of all of the needed supplies, plus the production facility if you do not already have it. This is my mathematical estimation of the cost.

I think you are close if not directly on the mark. Averaging just over 100 billion per corp.

they get 75B in cash.
then, they order everything they need for a year of production and it eats into a big chunk of it although recently, the amount used for raw materials is lower.

The remaining cash is on the corporation cash account.

Building a state corporation costs a large amount of money. The amount is not always the same, it depends on what kind of corporation is build. High-tech industry or an oil company are more expensive to build than and agricultural corporation. The amount depends even more on the supply and demand of production facilities.

Question was prompted by "The amount is not always the same." Perhaps a change to The amount of starting cash in a corporation is not always the same, and etc.

Not sure if typo's are a high priority to fix, but if they are 'what kind of corporation is build' should read "built".

the amount the country pays is always the same.
the part of it that is spent to purchase the initial stock of materials depends on the product.

the differences however are now much smaller than they used to be and the amount spent on materials is smaller.

one exception I forgot to mention.
cargo shuttle corporations need a HUGE injection of cash because the cost of the raw materials is about 8 times higher than the cost in other corporations.
