My apologies for asking - couldn't find an answer with keyword search.

I'm playing on GR.

When I started, I needed the workers badly, so I destroyed my fortifications.

Am expanding now, and don't want to lose my "secured main".

However, my war index is just shy of 50. Taking down the fortifications dropped it.

Buying a new fortification didn't raise it.

While my air force isn't that huge now (but growing) at top end should definitely qualify for max war damage on assets.

At that point I would need to only drop 10 points in casualties. Whether just with the air force, or with land based defense units, say in a Federation friend's country.

At that point, wouldn't my "secured main" be gone?

Any advice on how to fix appreciated.

The War Index of Grand Duchy of Marshall

Damage to your country is expressed in Damage Points.
Each Damage Point reduces the War Index by one point.

You lose the war and your country if your War Index is reduced to 0.

Your country received 0.01 damage points. Therefore, the War Index of Grand Duchy of Marshall is 99.99.

Thank you!
