Question about moving game money between countries and enterprises

I got a question about moving game money between countries and enterprises.

My country is profitable. I have sent some cash in the past and their was a reserve limit of 2T for the country. I then tried to do it again. This time, the reserve case moved to 5T.

Why is the reserve cash limit changing? Is it tied to # of transfers, game level, country size/population, or country expenses?

2T for an enterprise, 5T for a country. What you last did was prob from your ent, not country.

Figured out what it was for my country. Net cash needs to be greater than 5T for the country (cash in hand and cash given out as loans). Ready cash also needs to be above 2T. I just had too many loans given out dropping ready cash below the threshold.
