set your target trucks to 10M, and order 5000 a gm, then build a couple of trucks corps, don't try to contract your own trucks. and btw, if you go to war against a player, you'll want at least 2M trucks, easy

if the market is green, you'll get your trucks cheap, if it goes red, your corps will rake in some cash.

oops, i mean, like 1-2 trucks corps in your empire, don't build allot of them.
