Selling Corporations (Little Uplsilon)

When I looked through the tutorial and topics on other boards, I noticed the phrase "Selling corporations."

I looked around the entire user interface on all of the pages, but I never actually saw a convenient or obvious button that allows me to put any of my state controlled corporations up for sale.

I browsed the forums also, but never found a defined answer.

I've been trying to use stocks to get private enterprises to invest and bring my shares down to 1%, but so far I remain in complete control even at my goal 1%.

So, my question is "How do I sell off my state controlled corporations to private enterprises?"

Unless you make a friend of a CEO or two you are unlikely to see enterprises buy up your shares. Normally its investment funds that do because they mostly buy automatically. That's why you still have control at 1%, IFs cant have control ever.

You can keep a smaller percentage than a CEO and still have the advantage of CEO corps in your country, like 49% country, 51% CEO so the CEO controls it. But then you have lost control...but keep 49% of dividend too. There is no point keeping 1% as a country controlled private corp. All you receive is 1% of dividend unless you run 75% tax. 75% tax will deter all CEOs investing though, so its how you want to play it.

I suggest you advertise on your world forum that your state corps are all for sale or that you would like CEOs to buy shares. Its tricky though because of IFs stealing those shares. There are work arounds, thats another matter. Search for advice on it, up to date advice that
