All CEOs are actual people. Unfortunately, most players don't seem to pay much attention to their enterprises. They probably don't login much.

I have seen very few CEOs raking in high profits. But I only look at CEOs on Little Upsilon.

Yes, that's correct. My CEO of about 230-240 corps (it goes up and down a bit) makes between 20 and 50 billion profit per month.
