Common Market/Local Market

Hey, recently I've been experiencing severe shortages from many of my corporations. However, the shortage of this product is also a product that my state corporations produce a large quantity of. My question is : how do I set up a common market or change the settings so that my corporations can automatically buy this product from my other corps?

You can go under the supplies section of your corporations and set up contracts between your corporations or others' corps to purchase supplies. Under the trade section beneath it you can set up contracts to sell your products.
Be sure you reserve the amount you are selling before you set up the contract.

The contract section only proposes contract to my country or other countries, not to my sorporations.

Select the country then it will open up another selection screen where you can choose any corporation that uses the product. When you select the corporation you can set up the contract. Keep in mind the other party has to approve the contract.

I don't see the selection screen. Could you list out the specific steps to get to it please?

Select the corporation that wants to set up a contract
go to product offered
contracts
review corp contracts
propose a new contract
select the country
then it opens up drop down box of corps in that country that use your corp product
enter the quantity and length of contract
submit contract - then the other party has to accept the contract
be sure to reserve the amount on the contract so it will be available each month
