Problem with pop transfer

So i bought 5 million people for one of my kingdoms however when i log in to kingdom it is showing a drop in pop not a increase... is this a bug or does anyone know where i can address this grievance

How long have you given it? Pop transfer is not instant. Give it a real life day if bought from the GM, longer if bought privately.
