Question about CEO

I'm presently on GR and I cant seem to interess any CEO in my country and I think it is doing pretty well if I compare to other country who have welfare lower that mine. I already posted an offer on the topic under Golden rainbow. Is 126 welfare 0% tax enough to attract CEO ? I am doing something wrong ? If someone can gop check my country and tells me what I am doing wrong i would be very gratefull. country : ''republic of mona lisa''

I have two question
1) Its is because im on GR and its a ''dead'' world and no one plays on it that I cant get a CEO ?

2) If a create a pay account, can I be a CEO and a President on the same world and thus create compagny in my own country?

You should make sure that your country has enough workers.

If you have a pay account, you can add a CEO on any world. That CEO can open corps in your country. It also can buy corps in your country.

Probably the problem you're encountering is that most players neglect their CEOs.

The game rewards players with gold coins if their CEOs merely own a large quantity of corps. That's a very lame incentive. CEOs add corps almost randomly, without paying much attention to those corps.
