i built corps to get econ and reduce unemployment
built hospitals to increase health
built school to increase education
built roads and r/r to increase transportaion

WHY IS THIS WRONG???????

the game closed the corps because no employees(now i have alot of unemployment)

it transfered doctors and teachers to low level workers because it said i needed them (now i have alot of unemployed low level workers)

then next month it closed hospitals and schools due to not enough doctors and teachers

You need enough workers to fill the numbers of buildings. Make sure you have enough workers and population first. Also raise education first. Transport is easy because it requires no workers. Higher edu allows for your pop to stay in skilled positions. The game will close corps if it is in debt and losing money and doesn't have enough workers.

Places post world and country name, so other players can assist you in more detail.

Allways remember: Corps hire only to the Point were one group cant be obtained.
=>
If you have enough Low Level Workers for 100%hiring
but only High Level Manager for 1% hiring
then the Corp will hire only for 1% in all groups, meaning 1% High Level Manager AND 1% Low Level Workers.
So you see it doesnt nessesarly help to build more Corps if you dont have Pop ready in ALL needed Hiring Groups!
And about Hospital and Schools/Unis:
As soon as you lack enough Workers in one required Employment Group so one School/Uni would be completly 'empty' of this group the game will shut down that building=destroying it

As Brandon said: First get Education up.

Rich- first stop when you log on should be Education Priorities. Take a look at how many workers you have, need, and try to get your education settings right. With larger shortages of workers you will need a high setting on the ed priorities to make up the difference. You can buy population too and that helps thing level out quick.

Best advice i ever got.

torn all automation's OFF, accept " Move Workers to other Professions. " and " auto place orders your country needs.

Before you build corps, get your EDU-index to 130 or so. If not, then you are going to be lacking the workers you need as you can't train them.

other then that. do as said above. :-]
