You cant transfer money to a 'friends' account. The only thing you can do is Transfer money between your own Enterprises and Countries on the Direct Trading Site.
How in the world do you move cash from recently conquered C3 to main country? I know its in Direct trading, but I can't seem to find exactly how to do it.....
