Upgrading inactive weapon quality

Hi everyone,

I have a question about upgrading the quality of weapons. Under 'Army > Military Units > Upgrade fighting levels' it's possible to upgrade the weapon quality of the active armed forces. But is it also somehow possible to upgrade the quality of the weapons that are being kept in stock? In case of war, I don't want my forces to be resupplied with low quality weapons.

'In case of war'...only if you are on the war world my friend...
If you have really low quality stocks, and not many of them, just sell them off is what I'd say. I recall doing that last time I played because I wanted my nice high quality average to be achieved easily.
Someone else may have different/better advice...
