How to collect the Ammunition assets of a conquired c3

Hi, I just conquered my ifteenth C3, and I realized, that even after transferring all the available weapons and ammo to my main countries, it still has some 3.4T in ammunition. Where is it so I can tap into it? Seems like a lot of hidden ammo.

may it be in active Military Units?

I don't know, thought i transferred all that over. I've cancelled the country already now. But I looked through the units page, and didnt see any active units, nothing deactivated either.

sounds like a glitch. very little rewards in weapons or ammo in c3's
