Setup relief resources

Hey, anybody knows where is the info of the value with the relief resources? Im want help countries but im not a rich country, what could be a decent number of transport planes or how much help one chemical hazard unit, or one helicopter? exist that information?

Hello: The relief resources value is the same as market price. For example, if you want to set up a building material unit you need to buy building materials and construction as best price. Relief resources are less expensive than weapons since my point of view.
A necessary number of cargo panes 30-60 planes. Try to send to needed countries food units or tents, the basic relief resources.
