Is there anywhere I can find a good explanation and "target" for the indexes. I have searched around the forums and cannot find one.

Some targets that I have read in posts are:

Transportation: 150, 200, 300
Education: 150, 200, 280, 300
Health: 150

Do these seem right at all? I am new small nation atm so I was figuring to stick with the 150s for now but I was hoping to find a bit more detailed guide somewhere.

Thank you very much!

i just returned but i would advise to follow game level requirements. education and health are main targets but watch the spending. would be easy to go into debt. this game kinda like turning big truck, it takes time. then after you're big you may not have time to keep it all up. hope that helps. maybe someone else has input.

The levels that you need are the levels that fit your goals. What do you want to achieve? If nothing else you should break it into "beats", like pale Rider says...it takes time, One step at a time. A good way to do this is to click on your "game level" on your home page and it will show you what each index needs to be at to reach that next step.

Good answers here.

For education, you should look at the numbers educated each game month and judge if these are high enough to satisfy your plans in terms of corporations, upgrading these corporations and what types of corporations as it influences the requirements for professionals.

Transportation should be high enough to not lower you welfare index so currently, 130-140 is OK.

health: look at the numbers of death cases in all age groups. you can lower them a bit but health is a major cost.
for the welfare sake, 130-140 is OK.

etc.
