How do I sell stuff at my set price

I am trying to give my friend a so stuff he cant afford the set price is their any way to change that

If you go on the direct sale page for any item, you'll see this, "You can sell your stock against market price only.", which means you can only trade at the market price. So unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a way to change the price.
